Lívia Possi is a lawyer specializing in Family and Inheritance Law who has been working in the area for over ten years. Skilled in the exercise of Collaborative Practices in Family Law , she has a pronounced advisory and preventive role in alternative solutions for conflict resolution, and is an internationally certified Mediator by the Institute for Certification and Training of Lusophone Mediators - ICFML. She is a jurist specialized in International Family Law and Brazilian Family Law, with the French law firm, Lozen Avocats, located in Lyon, Rhône-Alpes region, in a fruitful partnership with the lawyers Anne-Caroline Vibourel, Eloïse Cadoux and Safiha Messaoud, and the French-Brazilian jurist, Bruno Valadão.
She is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Family Law – IBDFam , the Brazilian Institute of Studies on Civil Liability – IBERC , the Family and Succession Commission of the OAB/SP, and the Brazilian Institute of Collaborative Practices – IBPC , currently holding the position of Executive Secretary of the International Partnerships Commission of the latter. She is deputy director of the French Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association – ABA for the 2024/2025 biennium.
